How will Mike work with you?
Mike's priority is to ensure you get a garden that is completely practical and functional. He will work closely with you at each and every stage of the process, guiding and making recommendations, based on his experience and knowledge to ensure that you get the garden of your dreams. His approach is professional, friendly and flexible and he operates with complete honesty and integrity at all times. In today's hectic world many people may not have the time (or perhaps the inclination) to deal with contractors, check progress and deal with unforeseen issues during the build of the garden. As such, Mike is happy to use his contract administration experience and oversee the build of your new garden and ensure everything comes together exactly as detailed in his design.
Charges:
During the initial consultation Mike will explain his charging structure, which is based upon the size of your garden, the level of detail required in the design drawing(s) and the degree of his involvement during and after the build of your new garden. There are no hidden charges and everything will be fully explained up front. After the initial consultation a written proposal will be sent to you detailing Mike's services and the associated charges.
Portfolio:
During the initial consultation Mike will show you his portfolio of work. This includes:
- copies of previous design artwork
- construction drawings
- planting plans, and
- before and after photographs of recent projects
